The love I have for food started when I was little growing up in Taiwan watching my mother make amazing Taiwanese food. I just loved sitting and watching her and helping once I was old enough.
In my early twenties I moved to Australia and decided to turn my flair for cooking into a career. I was fortunate enough to land my internship at the well known Donavan's in Melbourne. This not only gave me an excellent base knowledge of cooking but taught me how to make Italian food of the highest quality.
The art of creating healthy meals using seasonal, locally grown & organic produce has developed since moving to Byron Bay 4 years ago. I've worked at Gaia, Australia's most well known health retreat and also Byron's favourite, The Roadhouse.
This diverse history with food really has given me knowledge of an array of cuisine that I can tailor to your needs and taste preferences.
